2009: Our founder and CEO, Lauren Davenport, starts our firm in Nashville, Tennessee as a boutique social media agency.
2011: After researching opportunities for small business growth across the country, Lauren moves the agency to St. Petersburg, Florida and expands our services to become a full-service digital marketing provider.
2013: The Symphony Agency wins eHealthcare Leadership’s Best Healthcare Website Award.
2014: In an exciting growth year, the company wins another healthcare award from Horizon Interactive for digital marketing campaigns in Health/Human Services.
2015: Symphony acquires a local boutique development firm and hires its founder, Chris Jenkins, as their Chief Digital Officer.
2016: The company moves to a 7,000 sq. feet headquarters located in north St. Petersburg and is recognized as one of the largest ad agencies in Tampa Bay.
2018: Continuing to grow and expand, the organization expands its focus to support healthcare clients across the country.
2019: Symphony turned 10 years old!
2020: Symphony launches the Healthcare CEO Podcast and wins three eHealthcare Leadership Awards for Best Healthcare Content, Best Digital Marketing Campaign Content, and Best Digital Internal Communications Content.
2021: Symphony starts Caregiver Connect, a brand to address multi-channel healthcare marketing and recruitment needs.
