The dictionary definition of the word team is, “coming together to achieve a common goal.” To me, this also defines Symphony’s culture — working hard together but having a whole lot of fun at the same time. It’s feeling supported and empowered, both professionally and personally. It’s being a little bit weird and having that not just be okay, but celebrated.
