Lauren Davenport
Chief Executive Officer
Our CEO, Lauren Davenport, has a decade of experience creating patient-focused healthcare strategies and a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Middle Tennessee State University. With a specialty in communications and brand strategies for practices scaling through acquisition, Lauren uses her knowledge and strategic decision-making skills to design best-in-class brand experiences that create raving fans.
Daniel Fernandez
Chief Experience Officer
Daniel Fernandez has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, as well as more than 22 years in healthcare and healthcare marketing. He was voted one of the top five radiological technologists in the US in 2006 and 2007 by Medical Imaging Magazine, after working at UF Health Leesburg Hospital and Orlando Health. He has more than 15 years of experience creating patient-centric marketing campaigns and has held leadership positions in operations, marketing, and technology roles for several Inc. 500 companies — including AdventHealth and Coastal Orthopedics. In addition, Daniel is a 20-year cancer survivor, which gives him additional insights into the patient perspective.

Robert has more than 15 years of experience integrating business objectives into comprehensive communication and ROI strategies. He has hands-on experience in strategic planning, business development, rebranding and acquisitions for large to medium-sized businesses in the healthcare sector. His detailed production focus helps ensure all deliverables are aligned with the bigger picture and are of a quality befitting high caliber clients.

Chief Digital Officer
Chris Jenkins has more than 12 years of experience working in healthcare technology — including with rural healthcare providers in Florida’s CHCA program. He was an EDI Analyst for WebMD, IVANS, and CareMedic, and was part of the transition team assisting providers onboarding the new EMR requirements in 2003. In addition, he’s an expert on HIPAA compliance, integrations and automation, CMS requirements, and several PMS’s — including Medical Manager, Intergy, Centricity, and Logician.

Chief Financial Officer
Chris Davenport has more than 35 years of experience in finance, telecommunications, information technology, healthcare, and information security. He managed operations of a neurosurgery practice for seven years and helped develop and scale Healthlink, which was acquired by IBM in 2005. In addition, Chris is a HIPAA privacy and security subject matter expert and a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
