Introduced to Symphony through our affiliation with Carrier, Sansone was searching for a partner to ready their brand for their 40th anniversary celebration. They also wanted to expand their marketing efforts to generate high-quality air conditioning leads and establish Sansone as a leader in their newer verticals, including heating and electrical services.
Modernizing a Trusted Brand
To modernize Sansone’s brand identity while maintaining its well-established look and feel, it was essential to develop and implement an integrated marketing strategy, utilizing traditional and digital mediums working seamlessly together. We developed and implemented brand standards across all marketing materials, including the design and development of a mobile-friendly website. With an integrated marketing strategy in place, the teams set to work on implementing new and innovative campaigns across multiple traditional and digital marketing and advertising platforms.
Developed for Mobile-First
We designed and built the new Sansone website from the ground up. Starting with analytical data from the previous website, the team designed user pathways that allowed end-users to easily and expediently find the content they were searching for. Once the copy and design for the site were created, they were approved immediately by the Sansone team. Finally, Symphony’s in-house development team went to work, building the site in WordPress and optimizing it for speed and search.
Creating Brand Consistency
In the past, multiple vendors were engaged to create Sansone’s marketing material, resulting in little or no brand consistency. After establishing their new identity, our teams wrote and designed all new marketing collateral. The end results are the pieces you see today — easily recognizable and credible for the brand.
Now That’s a Wrap
With a fleet of more than 50 vehicles of all shapes and sizes, Sansone commissioned Symphony to design new vehicle wraps that showcased the new brand identity. From vans to trucks, our team designed a fleet of vehicles that increased their call volume from truck wraps by more than 800%.
